Use it properly
I am an electrician. I used the triple blade for perhaps 50 chases, in all sorts of different materials, some where very hard. It went through everything. I love it!I let the labourer use it. He tried to force it to go quickly. He also didn't go quite in a straight line, he pushed or rather leaned it to the left and right at times. Due to this, some of the blades snapped off.If used properly I think the blade will last quite some time. Push slowly, keep it straight.

The only blade I now use for chasing
Bought elsewhere, but thought I'd post a review as few others have done so.The difference between chasing with this blade and a standard twin blade set up is day and night. There is next to no dust when attached to an extractor and only a small amount of debris to clean up. It does take a little longer to cut with this blade, than with twin blades, but considerable time is saved as the entire contents of each chase is pulverised and extracted, so no chiselling required.I mostly work in industrial situations, so haven't used this extensively, but after three rewires the cutting blades are still at full depth, despite having torn through various types of substrate. The only downside I can think of is the rate at which extractor bags fill up, but that's obviously going to be the case and is a small price to pay for such considerable convenience and time saving.
