If you buy this phone and don't have access to WiFi, you're screwed..To properly set up the phone a bunch of stuff has to be downloaded to use it..It wouldn't let me down load with my phone data..Due to the pandemic it was risky but I went to McDonald's but being outside couldn't get a good WiFi signal..No one was allowed inside..Anyway, I returned the phone and got a Motorola G Power..$250..Wow, what a Kool phone..the perfect phone .. It lets me use my data to download set up my phone..I have unlimited everything.. Awesome phone. Check it out....5000 ma battery ,3day battery,loud stereo ...6.4" screen. .much more👍

This phone is awesome for my son (12) as his first phone. It's a lot bigger than I thought but thats okay. it was brand New and still in the box and it also came with Samsung headphones :-). He has been using it for a week now with zero issues. It does work on the Metro PCS network which was exactly what I had hoped for. Great Phone, Great Price

There's a LOT to like about the phone. I got it in 2020, and it has a good battery, good antenna, so I can actually get text messages, listen to music, browse the Internet, etc. Trouble is - the advertised storage capacity of the phone was 32 GB, and I ended up with a 16 GB variant. After a couple years of use, 16 GB is just not enough. I did install a 32 GB mSD card inside, but the default Android install on the phone (Android 10 OneUI by Samsung) is not very good at managing internal capacity. Yes, I did try to root the phone before starting active use - had to give up after a couple weeks of trying. I probably should have returned it, and insisted on getting what I paid for (the 32 GB version).

I can write a novel about this. Has actually served me so well and still using it. Never troubled me even for a second. Is a duo-sim and I use inside the US and whenever I visit Africa (Kenya) Has a very clear camera, quality sound when recording and hardy as it has slipped off my hands several times...be careful though. I just love it. Was delivered very fast and on time by Amazon

I went from a samsung Galaxy S8+ to this Galaxy A20. For one eighth the price it is just about as good. Large screen, great color, holds a charge, fingerprint sensor is better than the S8+. I highly recommend this phone.

The phone seemed ok. But I spent a day trying to sort out sending a photo with a text. The mms function wouldn't work. I did everything I could in trouble shooting. Hours. I couldn't fuss with it anymore and returned it.

I love love love my new Galaxy A20! Amazing features & an amazing price! The only thing I might say negative is that the battery life is not that great and the charging cord is pretty short, but otherwise OUTSTANDING!! And new headphones too?! I'm lit!
