Well, this book is another reason why I like mouth wash with alcohol added.

An odd book had some handy hints but seemed like a big American sell to me.I have taken some bits of it to help my oral hygiene.Update April 2018 I have periodontal disease and some of my pockets were 9 on the dental scale meaning that my gum recession was poor.After using hydrogen peroxide my pockets over the past 3 months are now at 1 which my dentist couldn't believe so I shall​ give this book 4 stars.
