This dress is really cute. I love vintage style dresses. They are cut in a way that is fun and flirty and also flattering for people of all shapes and sizes. This dress actually looks a lot better on me than it does in the pictures on the listing. This dress is made from a thick cotton fabric. It is not stiff but definitely thicker and more sturdy than most modern dresses. This dress has a nice collar and a wide V almost wrap style neckline. The dress comes with a wide matching fabric belt. The belt can be tied in the front in a pretty bow or in the back. I am terrible at tying pretty bows so I sometimes get frustrated with it and tie it in the back so I don’t have to look at my bad tying job. This dress does not have belt loops so if you choose not to wear the belt you can, but the belt really helps to accentuate the waist line. The dress does have an invisible zipper on one side. The zipper is not very long. It is just long enough to give enough space to get in and out of the dress. The sleeves of this dress go to just above my elbows. Each sleeve has buttons on the cuff. It does not button shut, these buttons are merely decorative.The skirt of this dress is larger and fuller than modern dresses. It can be worn with or without a petticoat depending on how full you want the skirt to look. I personally prefer it with a petticoat. I think the petticoat accentuates the waist and gives an old fashioned and classy look. I have a 22 inch petticoat and it works perfectly with this dress.I am about 5’6.5” tall and weigh about 130. I ordered this dress in a medium. The medium fits me well. It is a little larger in the waist than I would like, but if it was any smaller I would not be able to get it on and off easily. Because the zipper is short and on the side, between the armpit and the waist, it is a little harder to get on and off than a zipper down the back is. The hem of this dress falls right at the top of my knees. I have this dress in the pink color. This fabric is solid pink and is fairly bright. It is not really a traditional color that I think of when I think of vintage dresses, but I really love it. It is very versatile. It can be worn with black, white, or pink shoes. With the neckline you can wear a variety of necklaces. This dress is really comfortable. I can happily wear this dress all day. It would be great for a date night, a themed party, or family photos. This dress is a great price and the quality is just as good as more expensive retro style dresses I have bought.I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

SO CUTE! My measurements: 42-32-46I ordered an XL but there seemed to be some looseness on the back of the dress. I might have been able to go down a size, but it still looked great. I ordered it last minute (with Prime) and didn't have time to wash it, so the dress bled black dye all over me and I looked a little dirty by the end of the event I wore it to. There are no washing instructions, so I am not sure what to do! I am afraid the black will bleed into the white dots if I wash it. I'll update my review if I get some answers.It is a great dress for the price. I wore a petty coat underneath and got TONS of compliments.

I love love love this dress. I was very nervous about buying dresses online, as I am anywhere from a size 16 to a size 20 in dresses. This one, however, fit me perfectly. It is extremely flattering for plus size figures, as the skirt goes out right underneath the bustline. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I ordered 8 50s style dresses for a Dress Your Favorite Decade party I am attending next week. I am 43 year old stay at home mom and my measurements are 44/34/44 and I am 5'8" and the XL fit well and it covered my 36DDDs well. I was not opposed to showing a little cleavage but for those of you who want something more modest, this is the dress for you. The fabric of this dress is interesting compared to the others and when I took it out of the bag I was initially a little turned off. The fabric is thick and sturdy and has a stiffness to it, like it has been heavily starched. There was an odor when I opened the bag but is quickly dissipated. It is a well constructed dress and when I put it on IT LOOKED FABULOUS! Compared to the lighter weight cotton wrap dress this dress was crisp, starched and overall popped better, for the lack of a better word. It just created the look I wanted better than the others. The skirt was full with a petticoat under it, 22" if you don't want to see the petticoat and 24-26" if you do want to see it poking out from underneath. This is the dress I am going with.

I can't say how much I love this dress! It's comfy and beautiful. I added a blue petticoat (Grace Karin®Women's 50s Petticoat Skirts Tutu Swing Skirt Underskirts CL8922)...Perfection!

For under $20 this dress is a steal. It is stretchy and forgiving, I like this material. It has a nice sexy neckline (that could be pinned if too revealing for you) and the wide belt is flattering on someone with curves. There are some buttons sewn onto the sleeves for decoration...they are not sewn on well, BUT they are irrelevant and replaceable. The dress itself is incredibly trendy, seems sturdy and is well worth the price. The only thing that would make this adorable dress any better would be pockets. It is an inexpensive dress, so keep that in mind - but it is awesome and perfect for a night out. I am so pleased. I am a size 12 in jeans, so I bought the Large in Black. It fits perfectly...the sash can be tightened for someone smaller...and there was enough give for someone another size up as well.
