It does not remove makeup as effectively, especially eye makeup. I do not wear very heavy makeup, just a bb cream, eyeliner and some mascara everyday. However, I have to rub my eye area a lot to remove all the eye makeup and yet I see remnants of mascara and eyeliner around my eye. I was usinf Clinique makeup removal balm prior to this and was looking for a cheaper alternative, but this is no where close. I barely needed a pea sized amount of Clinique’s make removal balm, whereas I need a lot more of this product, which still doesn’t do the job.

Doesn't do what it claims. No amount of product or waiting period helps with waterproof makeup like mascara or liquid lip colors. I guess it is okay as a first-step cleanser for sebum and sunscreen, but other than that, totally useless. I've used cleansing lotions and oils in the past that dissolve even the toughest of waterproof makeup in seconds so I would recommend spending a little more money and getting yourself a proper cleansing oil instead of this cream because this one simply cannot do what it claims.

It is good, can remove simple make up. But package is dirty, looks used one.

When I bought it and used it the first time, I was highly disappointed. Made my face super oily, and needed lots of face wash to remove which made skin more dry. Didn't even use it for a few weeks after that coz of the bad experience.Out of the blue, thought of trying it this way and it worked wonders!Take 2 coin sized amount, spread it all over your face and massage it lightly with ring and Middle finger. Let it sit that way on your face for 15-20 minutes. Keep massaging lightly every few minutes.You'll see that after 15 20 minutes, cream is no longer visible, but it has become a transparent layer on your skin,like sweat. Massage lightly one more time. Then wash with water. Then use face wash. I use Aloe cleanser by the Face shop only. Need a pea sized amount.I had very stubborn blackheads on my nose. Visibly cleared up after using this cream in the above mentioned way after using only 2 times.Try it! You will not be disappointed.

It melts makeup beautifully, the only concern is it burns when it gets into the eyes. Otherwise at this price this is a really great product
