I use this band when exercising to walking videos at home. As I age I realize that strength training is so important to overall health. I use this in place of heavy weights that are so expensive. If i want more resistance, i just choke up on the band. I have had mine for several years and it works as well as the day I bought it. I ordered this one for my sister as a gift.

This was a replacement for the ring band I had that was stretched out. So you have to get used to the tight pull, once you find your groove it's smooth sailing. I used this new band for both upper body and standing and looping band under my shoe for lower body squats and lunges. A handy workout card is included. Quality of band is good, I was able to get and keep a good grip on the band and did not fear it was going to snap. Very happy!

I've purchased other resistance bands that weren't as durable or flexible as this one. I felt soreness the day after my workout so I know that it works. The only minor dislike is that the color shown in the picture is not the same color. I wish it came in the baby blue. The color I received was blue but not as light. Still a good product.

I love his little band and I use it while watching the Walk at home work out which I know many may think is not intense but as you keep going up will get more challenging as you keep going. These bands are part of her work out and I purchased them so I could work out with them as I have to be home to work out .I loved them and the resistance.

The band feels strong and durable, but it has two major problems.First, the material is too thick and the band is too short to provide low resistance at its farthest handholds for certain exercises. For example, to stand on its center and pull the ends up to your chest is very difficult to accomplish, and so not good for people of average strength.Second, the round shape of the band makes it roll in your hands when you're gripping it. This makes it hard to hold a steady grip. It has a tendency to roll over my knuckles of a sudden, which creates jerky movement and ruins the exercise.

My wife is a fan of walk with Leslie sansone.Got this for her indoor workout and she was more than pleased .It's perfect for beginners and is not too hard to stretch .Serves the purpose , only thing is it could be priced better , got it for 13$ where there are other products for same price providing multiple bands .

I have another one just like this but I wanted one with a little more resistance to add to my bag of tools. I’m not going to lie, the color looks cute too. :) Just for reference, it felt like I was lifting 15lbs when I used this for bicep curls (I’m 5’4”). I’m happy with this product!
