Ringside Boxing MMA Mouth Guard

I wear this playing basketball - as a center, I get a fair amount of elbows up high under the hoop battling for rebounds and blocking shots, and I'd rather keep my choppers in place, thank you very much. These mold easily if you follow the directions carefully, and fit like a champ. They fit well enough to stay in even when you're chattering away and heckling the chump across from you who has no game.

This mouthguard is of quality below par. Way too bulky. It's not as malleable as others I have used. Definitely takes several attempts to mold "well" and if you try to leave it a few seconds longer because it just doesn't work as it's supposed to, the plastic degrades and you don't want to put it in your mouth with the resulting weird texture. I don't recommend it.

Use this as a night guard after I broke the custom one I got from the dentist. It's definitely a little bulkier but after boiling and fitting I got it to be really comfortable in my mouth with no trimming needed! Highly recommended if you grind your teeth at night.

I purchased this item after having bought a more expensive model, designed especially for preventing tooth grinding at night. While this was made more for sports, it outperforms the expensive one hands down. I initially was not completely please with the fit, but after a few modifications after placement in hot water, it now fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Cheap uncomfortable I can’t recommend it.

Just as advertized and as I had hoped. Dunk it in boiling water then in your mouth to form. I've found others like this but they charge way too much for what it is. I've used this type for teeth grinding during sleep for over 20years. Works great. Fantastic price !!!

I bought these at the suggestion of our dentsit for my 12 year old son. Because his teeth are still growing and moving around, the dentist suggested I buy inexpensive mouthguards for him for his night teeth grinding (will consider custom made ones for when he's older). I bought 2 on Amazon just in case I mess up the first one. I jist guessed on how many minutes to boil it for. I boiled it for a minute. It molded well for my son but I had to cut off some of the back part as it was too big and the plastic was digging into his gums. Now he wears it ever night and he and I are happy.

Works great. No more clenching or grinding, and really satisfied with the product.

great. just put it in hot water and dip it in cold before you form it in your mouth. really press down and get it right the first time

I messed up when i first made it so it formed poorly. But good purchase nonetheless.
