The headphone comes with just about 1 meter of wire rather than Sennheiser which comes with about 3 meters of wire. More importantly, the headphone is so hard on the head that will literally stress your skull and give you a headache, it is simply unusable. Now you have do tricks for getting it streched. I called Amazon about getting a replacement with another headphone with a longer wire.=. They told that they can't replacement it and then told me that they will update me in a couple of days, when I called today, again I had to have the same conversation , explain the issue from the beginning , listen to their pathetic canned responses "sorry , we can't replace" and then they put me on hold and cut the call. Very unprofessional support from Amazon.
