Hi, It will hold 7 cards, one in each individual slot. I think you could double up on some to hold two. I love mine. Keeps everything handy and safe. You will love it.

Can i purchase a new insert for the mini rfid card holder?

I do not know but can say the inserts in this brand have not worn out in a year of use. Previous brands have not lasted over two months.

Can you airport without taking out of pocket for TSA check?

Im not sure if Im understanding your question. When passing through airport security you need to empty all of your pockets of everything. That does not mean you have to open your card holder; the scanner can see through the case easily enough. The tech suppresses RFID chip readers, not the crude scanners used by airports, so TSA shouldnt have a problem and your cards wont be compromised. And if you keep your cards/holder in your luggage its not a problem at all.
