I use it on the tires of my truck, it has not damaged the finish on my chrome wheels.

How is this different from the tire wet spray that comes in the clear container?

I personally think this one keeps the tires shinier then the clear wet spray. I've used both and will only buy this product.

How do I remove this product from my cars paint?

Gently...use cleaner wax , repeat several times and keep going...product bad on car paint...

Can this be sprayed on the dashboard?

I don’t see why you couldn’t. But be prepared to rub it in or just spray on a rag and wipe in.
