These watercolor brush pens are beautifully pigmented. The colors can be layered for more intensity. It does take some practice if your not used to the soft brush pens (colors can bleed into each other if you don’t use a light hand). Overall I am Very pleased with this purchase. It’s a great value compared to other similar items on the market!

They’re inexpensive so I’m not too disappointed that they’re not that good. The color goes on fine. Nice colors, no problem there. I’ve found that once they go on your paper they don’t really respond to the water brush very well— all but the black doesn’t give you the watercolor effect they claim to.Again, they’re inexpensive so it’s not that big a deal- but they’re not really “watercolor” pens.

I love them. It took me a minute to get used to them but after that it was smooth sailing. I use them all the time in my adult color books. They dry in seconds and the colors are very vivid. I absolutely love them.

These are much better for art than for calligraphy, first off. The colors are really saturated and some very very dark (not good for highlighting over other ink). The tips are very soft too, like actual bristle brushes so don't buy them for easy calligraphy. That being said, the color selection is nice and they've been full of ink for a while now. The blending pen doesn't really work in my experience though :(

Ordered this as a gift for a 10 year old who loves to draw, sketch, and color. She loves them, she feels they are more "professional" than the usual Crayola markers she gets. She is very talented, and I wanted something that would make her feel more like an artist, without breaking bank. These are a great value for the money!

I love using these. I’m not a great artist or anything, these pens just make art more enjoyable! I really like using the water pen to blend colors, or add a bit of shading.(Note: I did not draw the picture.😉)
