These are beautiful little seeds of goodness! The flavour for me is just nutty and earthy but not bitter! They taste better than most nuts yet are packed with protein and iron and everything good and natural! I use them in soups, curry’s and just sprinkle them on my chicken and veg! They’re amazing and you get quite a lot it lasted me a while and I use them on everything! I don’t eat wheat or gluten but if I did I’d be putting these on porridge or breakfast cereals but I don’t eat them! I’d also add them on toast if I ate toast! They taste well with honey, literally an all rounder and great benefits! My iron levels have improved and I never feel fatigue anymore! I'm trying to eat more healthier so I have this product in my cereal, which I love. On the Downside, I followed the line to cut but it was below the seal on one side so I couldn't reseal it and have to peg it!
