I bought this hat to go to a ladies tea party. I was unsure at first if it would fit right but, turns out it was a perfect fit and the design of the head will go with many other events; even for every day life when you need A little bit of shade.

This hat was a great size, flexible brim, great quality.

I loved the wire that allowed me to shape it how I wanted it came looking just how I wanted it and the chinstrap was very helpful when it was windy. But I do not recommend getting it wet because it drooped when it got wet

It came folded and cannot straighten out the creases.

Of course coming in the mail it would have creases but had a wire lining around the rim to shape how I wanted. Wore for the Kentucky derby. Large in size but can be a perfect beach hat as well. Added bonus the chin strap (I tucked it inside the hat). Wish the creases were easier to get out (used heavy books on the rim for a few days to no avail). Overall a cute hat

It came folded up and now has fold marks. How do I get them to straighten out.

UPDATED REVIEW (9/14/2020):I wore my first hat every day while walking my dogs, I lost it at a pool, and bought a replacement. The new hat had no extra threads, etc., and was perfect. I also bought one for my sister. I've bought three in total and would definitely recommend this hat. I changed my rating from a 4 to a 5 star.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I do like this hat, but it had two defects. There was a bundle of tan thread mixed in with my black hat, and then there was a section of another hat sewn onto the brim of my hat. I can easily remove these but it seems like quality control is not a priority. The brim is easily shapable and I did not have harsh fold lines. I wore it immediately to walk my dogs outside during a hot day while trying to stay in the shade. It definitely kept the sun out of my face and chest and kept me much cooler than without a hat. Very slightly too big, but not very noticeably and will be perfect in the summer

It’s not too big when wearing and protected me well from the sun! I really recommend it also has a small strap inside for extra support
