How big are these? I've found a lot of headsets too big to fit comfortably, or the speakers to be too big (adult with a small head)

They fit very snugly as they are gaming headphones and they are adustable! Bought these for my Daughter and she too is an adult with a fairly small head and she has the same problem when trying on headsets, she adjusts them to their smallest size and they still slip down her head. She said these are perfect and are very snug and secure. Hope this helps!

Are these compatible with Xbox 360

Yes but you'll need an adapter as they won't plug straight into the controller like they do on Xbox One

Does it come with splitter cables for pc? And can it be used for a Mac desktop?

It does not have a splitter cable. It uses an aux cable however, so if your device has an aux it should work.

How does the mic sound?

So far I've had the headset for I'd say about a year by now and so far I've had no complaints regarding mic quality. Plus it sounds quite clear on recordings, just be sure to take care of the wire so it doesn't cause unwanted static sounds by damage overtime.
