I work at a utility company in New York and bought this for my training seminars. It's a great product. I bought the blank one for its versatility. I type up questions and tape it to the ball. My attendees love it and it really helps to solidify the information presented while keeping them engaged. I offer small prizes to those who participate.

I love this idea and use in a workshop we conduct. Instead of writing on the thumball, I put questions on a PowerPoint slide and have the person pick a question based on the color of the icon they have their thumb on. Gives us maximum flexibility to change the questions regardless of the workshop.
