Does this particular item come with Clobetasol Propionate as well? Or just the Zinc Pyrithione?

No clobetasol. Just the zinc. But I believe you can get it through a pharmacist and they add in the clobetasol.

How do you get it past your hair to the scalp?

Rub derma on to scalp thru hair, then put throw away plastic shower cap on over nite . It has helped mine but is not completely gone.

Does it leave your hair oily?

No, but I put mine in at night and wash out in the morning. I also mix mine half and half with clobetesol I get from the DR. Together I have no flakes.
