I bought this to relieve stress and to help me not become burned out from the stress, to have more energy and better focus. In spite of not enough sleep and having to learn ANOTHER computer program at work, I've been able to focus better and not feel overwhelmed. I'm a happy person by nature, but I think this has helped me stay upbeat and has even help push me through my longer workouts. I rarely miss a day of taking these and will repurchase when I get close to running out. Quality product, for sure.

Over the past few years, I've become somewhat sensitive to caffeine- more than a couple of cups leave me jittery and irritable. I felt the effects within 30 minutes- energy & alertness in abundance, without the jitters. There's thermogenic properties to the herb- like an ECA stack, it works even better with an aspirin and a cup of coffee. This is quite literally, a godsend- a marvelous product!

I use this for depression. I've read several journal articles and this seems to be working. My wellness doctor had me to try 5HTP, and this did nothing for me. I used a chainsaw today for three hours, then split firewood for another hour with a 12lb maul (broke the handle on my 16lb maul.) I'm a 78YO woman. I generally take one rhodiola capsule a day, but when I find myself dragging my rear or have a night class in town, I take another to keep going.
