I was struggling to find a kid friendly fiber supplement that wasn’t a gummy. Gummy vitamins are terrible for their teeth. This one is great for kids and adults. My son loves them so much he looks forward to his vitamins. They’re the chalky texture you’d expect but with a good flavor. They work well and they’re a good price. Will continue to purchase these.

I like these. They do not taste bad and really work to deliver fiber as stated. The fiber keeps you regular. I take only two tablets a day. I like the convenience of these as well. No measuring no mixing. Can use these on the go.

The chewable fiber supplement is a great way to get enough additional fiber. It's pleasant enough taste and texture wise to easily add to the vitamin supplement I take in the morning. I wouldn't call it candy but it is easy to take with a daily vitamin pill. I think the extra fiber does help when you have those issues with regularity. The regular container is almost good for two months so when purchasing, it's best to get several once you get to know it's very helpful. Prunes work great too but there is a limit to consuming these helpers.
