I needed something to keep water out of my eye when taking a shower after cataract surgery, so I gave these a try. I read reviews where some people thought that the adhesive was too weak, while others thought that it was too strong. I began by wiping off my forehead with a dry washcloth before applying the shield. During the shower, the shield did its job admirably. Removing the shield was another thing. That sucker was really stuck well! A little too well. The next day, I did not wipe my forehead, the shield did its job in the shower and the shield released much better. So now, I make sure not to wipe off my forehead, and I move the position up or down slightly each day so as not to make the skin angry from the release of the adhesive.

The shields are perfect for keeping water off your eyes or eyebrows. I wear lashes so this is what I use them for. Some people say they are not sticking to their forehead. If you have oil or makeup on your forehead, it won’t stick. I took a cotton round with rubbing alcohol and wiped my forehead before shower. As you can see in the video, it sticks really well. Not a drop of water leaked through. Will buy again.

Just had my eyebrows done, and my aesthetician told me nothing would work to block them from water. This shield totally did the trick. The adhesive goes on your forehead, and stays on very well. Totally recommend.

I really like these shields, although they do not work with the tape that’s provided. The minute you make any type of facial expression the tape releases. However, the idea is really good but needed something better to tape it with so I used strips of duct tape. I put it around the shield and trimmed it. That does the trick kind of crazy, but so many uses for duct tape., and it works!

I had to use these in the shower when I had my eyebrows done to keep the water off them for a week. Worked great and stayed on my skin until removed

I bought these to cover my eyebrows in the shower after microblading and they worked well. A little water still got in and it became less sticky. Overall were a good purchase.

A must for after cataract surgery. Didn’t need all of them so gave them to neighbor for use after cosmetic eye brow procedure, very appreciative.

This style did not work for me. I could not keep it stuck to my forehead.
