Likely a “used“ mug sold as “new”
Mug is great but looked previously owned. The price sticker was removed from the bottom and some residue left on the bottom. Did not come in a packaging box but wrapped in a shopping box so leads me to believe it wasn’t actually new.

Worked well until it didn't
I loved this mug....I say loved, because after 6 months the handle snapped off while hand drying. It may have been just mine or a bigger problem with production or design.
