I have used these enzymes for years. They work excellent for me , I have trouble digesting food. I get gas or worse problems if I don't take these with my meal. When I take them I have no problems or side effects from them. I usually only need one per meal unless it's something like pizza then I will take 2. I have had irritable bowel problems for years since I was a kid . When I started these 10 yrs ago on the recommendation of my Dr friend I saw a big difference in my stomach and digestion. Very rarely do I have problems now and I attribute it to starting these enzymes. I also take a probiotic at night and use lactaid when I eat dairy . Their a little pricey but worth it for me.

These were suggested by my Dr. I’ve been taking these for quite some time and it does help.

These enzymes are great, small enough to be easy to swallow. They help with digestion, without causing a bunch of gas.

We originally purchased this for our autistic spectrum Grandson. Due to the fact I've always had "gut" problems, I statrted taking it too. It has made a great deal of diff & I now take it before, or right after, almost every meal.

These did not help IBS/IBD at all or help my body break down fats. I bought them to help with that and help aid my body in breaking down oxalates. These are very expensive to be ineffective. I am know trying Wobenzyme or going back to NOW with oxtail.
