Love these headphones! They are super comfortable to wear, the sound is perfect, I love the blue color, and it’s easy to turn on and off. However, I did have an issue with the headphones charging…it stopped holding charge after a few months and would die within an hour or so, but I reached out to the company and they replaced them with a new pair. I would’ve left a star off but since they were so helpful and quick to replace them I figured that deserved 5 stars.

Sound is a bit lacking but they sound okay. The issue I had was that the wire insulation split in a few places within weeks and after 4 months the left earbud stopped working. I suppose I got what I paid for and will be buying a higher quality product next time.Updated:Soundpeats has reached out to me and informed me that the product is under warranty and is reimbursing me for my faulty pair. It is relieving that they stand behind their product.

Update: Company offered a replacement which I got promptly once I understood how to reply. Two stars for effort. It has good sound quality and the magnetic closure is nice. If it still works after a couple of recharges I will update again, but one out of three working is pretty bad quality control.Zero stars would be accurate. I bought these because of good sound quality reviews. Twice. The first time it quit after about 20-30 hours of use. The instructions warn you against recharging at too high a rate, and I thought the fault was a recharge. The second time it quit after about 20-30 hours of use again. No overcharging this time. Before it quit it had a very difficult time connecting multiple times (other brands had no difficulty in same setting). What a waste of money!

These are the new style with the USB-C charge port. I prefer these vs the in ear separate ear pods because they are harder to loose and dont ever feel warm in my ears. I also fond these to be a bit more comfortable to wear than some others similar to this wire style that ive tried. These also come with a case and extra sizes of rubber ear seals. The battery life is pretty good for all day use and the talk feature/mic is clear when on phone calls. In the end it's the sound that can matter most. I like these because they are rich in bass and also project nice mid/treble eq's.

But now for the product review.The Soundpeats Q12's are a lightweight pair of Bluetooth earbuds that are high quality without being insanely expensive. They are built with details learned from prior models. The control stick and microphone is so small that it doesn't drag the cable down to one side. The charging port has a little lip that allows you to open it easily without having to use something to pry it open. The microphone also sits at mouth level instead of being down by your collar bones. The earbuds come with 3 different size bud tips and 3 sizes of ear braces so unless you have itty-bitty mouse ears you should be able to find something to fit just right. They are also sweat resistant and have magnetic backs so you can wear them like a necklace. The cable is flat and soft and flexible and shorter than some of the other models which is nice because you don't have a lot of excess cable getting caught up on everything. Charging is quick. They usually fully charge in about an hour.Sound quality : First and foremost I have to explain a little something about sound quality to give you a better understanding of what these headphones have to offer. Sound quality to most people is relative. Some people value loud bass over everything else. Some people don't know that streaming apps like Pandora use compressed audio files that don't sound as good as the original music. With that being said here goes.This unit has an excellent audio processor in it that allows you to experience high quality audio. After reading a few other reviews where people complained about the bass not being as loud as they'd like I finally have an opinion on this. The sound coming out of these earbuds are very balanced. The key word is BALANCED. The bass is loud enough without drowning out the highs and mids. If you go to YouTube and look up HD music, 24 bit music or FLAC quality music you will be able to listen to high quality music with these headphones and hear details in the music you've never heard before. Yes, these headphones are that good. And the bass is still high enough to listen to bass heavy music.So if you're only interested in bass heavy music because you've burned your eardrums out listening to rap at the highest possible volume then you may not like these. But if you have good hearing and really want to enjoy music I believe you will love these headphones.As for the microphone it is clear and has excellent background noise reduction. People on the other end don't even know you're on a headset. And listening to calls is very clear too.I have used Soundpeats products for a few years now and they keep getting better. They have bluetooth speakers as well as every type of headphones and earbuds. I hope my review helps you.

I’ll listen to music while I work so it is important for me to have a pair of headphones that will stay around my neck and are comfortable as having a good sound.The sound quality is just OK when you can keep them in your ears. I’ve tried two different sizes and none of them stay in the ears because it’s weighted on one side because of the microphone only on one side.The cords are too short, which are hard to keep around your neck in your ears, even with the clamps that come with it to attached to your shirt. When you have the clip attached to your shirt, they causes the headphones to come out of your ears when you turn your head. Not water proof at all!! Not by me. I had water that was splashed in my face and one side of the headphones got very distorted. They also take way to long to turn on and off. Making and receiving phone calls along with the microphone is not that great. The only positive thing about these headphones are that they hold charge for a good amount of time. I am completely disappointed. Giving them a two star is being very kind. I only give them two stars because of the battery life. I would not suggest them.

Decent price and good sound. I wish they got a little louder but they'll do. Adequate fit, and calls are clear. Spotify transfers automatically from computer to phone when headphones are turned on which is a nifty feature. The little magnets allow you to wear it as a necklace when not in use.
