1" Diameter Heavy Duty Felt Pads - 48 Pcs (8 Pcs/Pad)

I bought these on Amazon in 2011, so I can provide a pretty good long-term perspective on these.I think these are outstanding.There are very few things I have taken with me over the last few years as I moved from apartment to apartment to apartment. Of course, I lug my big-ticket items like my TV and mattress. These pads are probably by far the lowest-cost item I am sure to pack with me everywhere I go. I have maybe 8-12 pads left, and next time I buy new furniture, I'll probably buy some more.The value is amazing. It comes with so many pads for the price, it's wonderful.I also found them to be very high quality. I put these on the bottom of most of my furniture a few years ago, and I have since moved twice to places with two different types of hardwood flooring. I had no issues of note with scratches, etc., despite all my moving and despite the different kinds of flooring. The pads also stayed on my furniture and I feel like they continue to protect my flooring now years later. That doesn't mean I know it'll work for everyone everywhere; maybe try it on a piece of furniture in a corner of a room no one will see, just to be sure. But I definitely have no problem recommending these pads, especially for the price.I also found them super easy to use. Just pull off the strip protecting the tape, and stick the pad to your furniture. Done. If you take a little extra care to stick it in the most strategic place, great - but it's really not rocket science, and it's actually kind of fun.

These are felt pads for chairs and they are amazing. I've ordered 2 sets over 6 years. I replace them when needed on my dining room chairs, and it's really not that often folks...maybe once a year for certain chairs. They have protected my hardwood floors with almost constant pushing-pulling action on them. I also use them on the back of picture frames to keep them from rubbing against the wall. Works a charm. 5 stars!

These pads are great for furniture that doesn't get moved often. The felt is dense enough that they don't crush much but soft enough to provide the protection I need for my Pergo laminate floors. I have found them useless on my dinette chairs however. The wooden chair legs approach the floor at an angle about 15 degrees from vertical, meaning the pressure that the leg exerts on the pad is not even. As the chairs are dragged in and out from the table, the pads move and eventually come completely off. This has happened on all 32 legs of the 8 dinette chairs we have. I have found some pads at a home improvement store that have a sharp-edged ring jutting 3/16" out from the top of the pad, and the pad is hammered on to the chair leg. The ring actually penetrates the wood of the chair leg. None of these pads has come off after about 3 months of regular use.

I found 2 flaws with this product. First, unlike the picture, the round pads are designed to be connected together. You have to cut off each pad to separate it from the rest. This is no big deal, but more work nonetheless. Second, and more seriously, I found that t's very easy to peel off the double side sticky backing from the felt pad itself, thus making the pad useless. You have to be careful to peel off just the laminate part, without removing the glue part. It's not worth it. If you are willing to go through the troubles, then you can make it work. But from the quality of the design, I'm not so sure it will last long. The trouble of going around to put felt pads on all the furniture in my home far outweighs any cost saving if it doesn't last.

I purchased these pads in 2011 and they were great - felt was thick and a nice color, the wax paper was easy to remove and the adhesive was on a thin, clear disk. Some other pads have a thicker white foam adhesive disk which is a nightmare to remove from chair legs when you have to replace the pads. The only good thing about the order I received in 2017 is that the adhesive is still on a thin, clear disk. The cutout of the pads is not good - you cannot tear the pads a part but need a scissors, and the wax paper does not peel off easily. and the felt is thin and a sickly brown color. Stay away from these

The downstairs of our house has hardwood flooring throughout except for 16" tile in the kitchen. These felt pads are a no-brainer for anyone wanting to protect thousands of dollars of flooring from scratching and other damage caused by furniture moving. After taking 30 seconds to install these pads you can hear an audible difference when the piece of furniture slides across the same surface. I have bought these more than once to get them on everything I can put them on. Now I am not worried when the coffee table gets scooted across the floor so someone can be closer to their glass of water/soda. Great product!

These have worked well on my sofas and big chairs. They protect the floor and don't come unstuck. However, I'm also using them on one of those metal folding chairs which I use quite a lot, and they came off within a month or two. I've even tried re-sticking them with super glue to no avail. I guess I'd recommend you try the Waxman brand ones instead, which currently have better reviews (4.5 vs 3.9) and have a lower price.

I have purchased similar products to protect my hardwood floors for a few years now. These pads, by themselves, are thick and extremely durable. On the flipside, the glue part is as weak as all the other pads out there, so it would be a good investment for you to also purchase some Gorilla Glue and just put a drop on the sticky part before sticking it to your chairs.

Nach meiner Meinung sind das die besten Filzgleiter, die man hier kaufen kann. Sie sind schön dick und robust und der Kleber hält gut.

Genau was ich brauchte: ordentlich dick und klebt gut. Das ganze kommt zu einem guten Preis und 48 Gleiter werde ich so schnell nicht aufbrauchen.
