Absolutely the best tasting and easiest noodles to prepare. I’m just happy my husband and I, we both agree with this brand of noodles! He is a pretty picky eater and I need him to stay the course with our LowCarb Journey, even thought he only had 10 lbs to loose... haha it helps me stay on track too when I have him on board. He loves the convenience of making “ramen” and not eating all those carbs from the regular cup a noodle. For me, I love that these noodles are easy to prepare and also low in calories. They don't smell like other types and the consistency is very much like regular pasta. I have to order more because he is taking my newdles for work. SO MANY THANKS!

Let me start by saying that the flavors are incredible! I ordered the spicy chicken, chicken, and the veggie flavor and they blew away my expectations! The down side was immense stomach pain, brought me to my knees at times and felt like my stomach was ripping apart. I’ve never had stomach issues before nor do I have any medical conditions that would warrant these pains. It got so bad I almost went to urgent care. Come to find out these noodles DO NOT DIGEST. Idk if anyone else had these issues but it took me eating these noodles THREE times to find out it was the noodles causing the pain. Every time the same pain and the same effects. So do be warned these noodles are not being broken down when consumed

The first time I made these I followed the microwave instructions and they were gross. The second time I threw the newdles in a skillet on medium heat and then threw in all the sauce and veggies packets with a dash of water. It made a HUGE difference. They were more similar to a chow mein this way. Couple squirts of Siracha and good to go. Can’t beat the taste for 94 cals. Now that I found a good way to prepare them I will definitely order again.

I find these on a keto blog. As someone that loves ramen, I had to give these a try while I'm using keto as a dietary cleanse of sorts. They don't really come with instructions, but there are four little packs included. One powder, one paste, a pack of seasoning & some soy sauce. Mix the powder with water (about one cup) for a tasty soup base. Drop the seasoning in to the soup base. I had some pork sausage left over from a previous meal, so I covered that with the tasty paste. Then throw away the soy sauce. Drain the water from the noodles as they direct on the packet (only real directions), and drop in to the mixture you've already made. I added a molten egg, some shiitake mushrooms and I thought I was in a ramen restaurant. DELICIOUS. They aren't waiting noodles, so of course they'll have a different texture, but certainly not off putting enough to change my opinion of how great these are. I'll keep an eye on blood sugar & ketone level after to determine if they truly are keto friendly. As long as they are, I'll be getting a whole lot more of these and plan to enjoy keto ramen at home at least once a week.

This is the best one among all the other flavors. I really love spicy noodles and I found the spiciness to be at a moderate level--moderate when compared some Korean noodles. But I would say the flavor is unique, unlike fresh jalapeño, or a nice scotch bonnet, it's more like spicy and sour. What did surprise me was how good the sauce tasted. The flavor is excellent and I'm happy to have tried these. What's surprising, it is ONLY 100 calories! I will certainly order more of these.

Update**After my original review I order 6 more packs because I loved it so much. When it was delivered the noodles were all skinny and tough. When I contacted their costumer service, which they responded in less than 24 hours, they informed me that this was due to freezing temperatures during the shipping process, and they replaced my order without hesitation! So while my shipment was very disappointing, they have proven to have great costumer service, and when the weather hasn’t damaged the noodles they are truly delicious!Original review: Compared to Miracle Shiratke noodles these have so much more to them! Texture is a little more full. Making the soup that’s included takes about 1-2 minutes, it’s so easy. No cooking required! Be aware, this flavor is as it says, SPICY.
