Shelves looks good on the wall. Everything that was needed for the suspension was included. Well packaged. The reason why I gave 4 stars is that when my husband screw in one of the screw, the shelf gently bursted underneath what can not be seen but still it broke.

don't buy
Haven't actually hung them yet so only time will tell. Two planks of poor quality wood with positioning holes off centre. One positioning hole drilled into a knot which promptly came apart when I lifted the shelf up by the metal bracket. Disappointed. Should have gone to builders merchant! Wouldn't recommend.

Don't waste your money
Wood appalling quality if I hadn't spent already I'd have bought quality wood. Fittings spot on for supply but a this price I feel hard done by can't be bothered to send it back. Don't worry I'll make the best of a bad job!

Look great
Easy to put up. They look lots better than I expected and I have actually ordered more. However the screws securing the brackets to the shelf feel very loose I used some larger ones that felt more secure
