Only one side of earphone works
Unfortunately the product only works through one of the earphones when connected. Therefore it is fine if using for a call, but not if listening to music.

Rubbish sound quality
The quality of this is so poor. There is so much noise, probably half of what you can hear is just a dull sound. If you turn off your music you can hear it deactivating itself and that’s only on the first volume setting. Safe to say I will be returning this and buying the original Apple connector even if it does often break!(It’s not the headphones I’m using because they’re the same ones I used on my original Apple connector and sound was perfect)

This works well
Although only had it for a few weeks it seems to be working well, infinitely better than other iPhone connectors that we have ordered in the past from other Amazon suppliers

Wouldn’t bother
Was okay for the first few uses then starts cracking out. Would stick woth going to Apple for this.

No issues and good quality
So far so good! Arrived in good time, no damage and works perfectly for what I needed it for. I use mine with my iPhone 7 in my car so I can listen to music and charge at the same time. No issue so far hopefully lasts longer than the previous one I had.

Well, what can I say.You plug one end in the port on the bottom of your iPhone and the other end then takes a power adapter and a pair of headphones.Simples!
