Those dried veg are brilliant. It doesn't contain salt like others and make food reach in flavour. I use it especcialy for soups.

I like this! It's a good alternative when you want a healthy meal but no time to peel and chop veggies. I used it for lunch, adding some cooked frozen chicken and peas with stock. Highly recommended thought would be good to have less parsnips

I won't buy these again. Used some in a slow cooker/crock pot casserole with beef and fresh vegetables. Unpleasant surprise when I bit into what I can only describe as a piece of wood, then found several more. Spoilt the whole meal as I was searching for more.

As a taste test I just covered a couple of spoonfuls in boiling water, waited, brought it back to the boil (haybox style) and waited again.Plenty of flavour, and leaves a veg stock if you add more water than needed to reconstitute.Identifiable pieces of vegetable.Some woody bits, which has to be better than any bland mysterious "powder" form of veg.Perfectly adequate to sit in the cupboard until next stew time, but perhaps the veg could have been trimmed more to exclude the tough bits.

Why did you choose this product over others?:no issues. dried mixed veg, cooked ok and tasted fine. Would buy again.

Very parsnip heavy. These would great to chuck in some noodles for a veggie boost but I've found they're very strong tasting of parsnip. These will be better suited to some sort of stew but I've found the ratio way off for anything I've cooked so far. I do like parsnip but this is a but much.

Like convenience of using product . Did find someone string like pieces of vegetables that would not cook. Otherwise good product

Many uses in the kitchen for a product as tasty and versatile as this. I find new ways to use it all the time adds so much flavour to so many things.Update.Despite being so tasty and useful when I went to reorder delivery times were quoted as one to three months. So still tasty but not so useful, will need to source my next order elsewhere.
