A Fair Resource
I've been studying the case for over 10 years. It's always been my pet project, so i love getting a hold of items like this to have in my collection. That being said, I partly got this book to have as just a quick reference guide instead of scrolling through my files, but mostly just because why not. I'm already familiar with the boys' writings so I didn't gather any information from this book that I didn't already have. With that in mind, some issues: There are grammar issues in the transcripts (Not including the issues from the boys' hands) . There are small sections of their writings that are not transcribed. I think if the book had been sold in a larger size(I believe another reviewer mentioned this too), the pages could have been blown up more to accommodate the small writings so that they aren't missed. (This issue arises in the Dylan section the most, as he has a lot of side-margin scrawls)There is also the issue with the "Eric's Sketches" section. A few of the pages are Dylan's art and handwriting. Dylan's sketches aren't labeled with their own section (probably because he expressed himself artistically throughout his regular writings ) so that continuation is a little off. As I stated earlier, I'm familiar enough to have caught the misplacement of Dylan's art in Eric's section, but someone just getting into studying the boys may not notice. All in all, its a neat little book for a collector or someone just starting their research. The cover reminds me of those Diary of a Wimpy Kid-esque books in the tween section at the bookstore. I'm not complaining or anything, I think it's amusing and just needed to include that thought.

Intriguing
Didn’t know what I was in for. Interesting. They have the original sloppy hand writing and then a translation. Was disappointed on how much was blacked out though. But still an interesting read.

Fair
The book was a good idea and it translated pretty well but there were some odd things like spelling and grammar mistakes. Also it’s not consistent with how it’s translated. Some words are written together when they’re not in the original journal like “truegreat” in the picture I attached to this review. Why are so many words written as one word when they’re not in the original journal?…I guess I’m just curious on how this got published?I’m not trying to come off of pain but to be honest I’m a little mad that I bought this book. Some of the translations are not even close to what the original text is. Some words you can totally tell what they are and the translation is something completely different. In the beginning of the book it was good but as it went on It was like the person got lazy.

Very sad but great book
It is such a sad book to see the progression of violence. Also to see the difference in both boys.

The Journals of Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris.
Great book indeed. Gives the audience an insight of what goes on in the minds of 2 innocent students before the tragedy at Columbine. Definitely recommend this great book.P.S. to everyone reading this: always be kind to others!

I would recommend to those interested in the case
I’m really glad that they added the transcript along side the entries. Definitely a great piece to add to my columbine books collection.
