Wizard Of Oz Secret Wishes Dorothy'S Ruby Slippers Costume

Well lets just get one thing straight. These shoes are the closest you can get to Dorothy's shoes in the movie the wizard of Oz. Second of all Ignore everyone elses reviews. No intent personally. But I see so many people telling other potential viewers to size down,these shoes run a little big, etc, etc. But that is not the case. I wear a 7 1/2 to an 8 and so based on the reviews and what everyone else was saying I sized down and got a small instead of a medium. BIG MISTAKE. The small is actually a size 5-6. Way to small for my feet. So I took back my item, which is fulfilled by amazon, so the mistake was very easy to fix. I got my refund and I bought a medium size pair and they are a size 7-8. Oh and just so you know the large is a size 9-10.They fit snugly, so if you are a half size get the closest whole size. Example if you are 6 1/2 get a size medium so you can have plenty of wiggle room for your toes. These shoes are absoutely perfect, not only do they great with the Dorothy outfit but they go great with a red sequin shirt or a pair of black pants. But they are closest you can get the Judy Garland's shoes in the wizard of Oz.

These sequined shoes have too high of a heal for our purpose. I ordered a medium for my daughter's size 8 foot and they were at least a full size too big. The heal is not just too tall but very cheap looking and not appropriate at all for a school play. The fake bow is flat and cheap looking as well. These are going back.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. I usually wear 8.5 or 9 so I ordered a large to be safe. I'm stepping out of them. Very cute & comfy though. Will be great with the costume next year!! Highly recommend

They are cute- but the medium that is suppossed to be size 7-8 was huge! They fit more like a 9-10I had to return sadly:(

I followed the advice of the last reviewer and sized down. I wear a 8.5 and bought the size Medium. They fit perfectly. They are very cute ruby red slippers to complete the Dorothy costume or any other costume.

The shoes were fine but it always annoys me that people never seem to notice that Dorothy wore BLUE socks, not white. Watch the movie, her socks are blue.

Purchased these with the expectation or being taken magically away to far away places, and yet nothing of the sort just blisters on my heels which my podiatrist says is from clicking my heels incessantly.
