Being numb, with a decent taste
Orajel changed the taste of this product awhile ago. Sorry, but I just cannot stand it.

Not the right stuff that was ordered
They are not "severe" wrong product from what I ordered and it's not even close to being as good

I'm unsure what they've done to the formula, but the 4x 'new' oragel dissolves too quickly, doesn't relieve pain as well, tastes horrible, and doesn't stay where applied. If you can find it, get the 3x older formula oragel.

Not the right medicine
I order a lot of oraje cream the last bunch I received has cream on the box but sofar have all been cel anyone else having this problem the cream stays on the tooth longer

new name not as good as the old stuff
Not as good as the Old Stuff (new Stuff labeled 4x) It has an antiseptic to it. You put it on and it washes right off. The old stuff used to have a paste-like consistency and would stay on. You can't find it anywhere!
