Anatomky of Movement
Anatomy of Movement (exercises)by Blandine Calais-Germain is a great addition to the first part of Anatomy of Movement. This first part I used for years to become more aware of my body and its movements. Like dancers also musicians should know about their body (and usually we are not taught about it at all beyond a casual 'relax' commentary). Since I am a musician these two books help me a lot to locate and relax any tensions during specific movements required by playing my instruments. Both books can be highly recommended.

bit disappointing
I bought Anatomy for Movement and think it's wonderful, so I thought the Exercises book would be as good. In fact the exercises seem to be good but no mention is made of how long to do them or how often, sometimes you can work it out but it would be nice to have a guide.
