Great Feel
I got these because I'm pretty interested in Asian culture, in particular cuisine and their cooking/eating utensils and cookware. I've picked up a few random sets of chopsticks over the years but I wanted an actual set, and one that was durable and stylish.Normally I go for classic wood, but it's not always easy to determine the quality, or if there's a lacquer that comes off when buying online, so I went for fiberglass.I love that these have a bit more weight to them than most, not too much but a bit more than my wooden chopsticks. The tips are a bit thicker than I typically prefer, but not by a huge amount, and I'm pretty sure my favorite wooden pair is narrower than most to begin with, so I've been spoiled.I've had no issues picking up food (or any more than I had before, as a self taught chopstick user), and the squared sides keep them from rolling around if I set them down or one falls off the plate (again, novice user). I use them a lot for cooking, moreso than the actual cooking chopsticks I got, as they're so easy to use and again the squared sides keep them on the counter.Style was a big seller for me, I loved many of the options offered, though in the end I settled for a fairly conservative look (Japanese Minimalism I believe?) Mostly plain black with a silver lotus on the ends.Overall, very nice looking set, durable, clean up in seconds and as easy to use as wooden chopsticks.

Durable, Pretty, Work Great
I purchased these to use with takeout sushi instead of those nasty wood ones and they're great! They're easy to hold and maneuver and nice and lightweight and there's no worry of splinters like from the wood ones. Washing is a cinch and they fit in my dishwasher's regular cutlery basket without issues - but my dishwasher was made in Asia so it might be designed differently so definitely check that they do not hang out the bottom of the basket if you choose to do put them in your cutlery basket.Overall, they're durable, pretty, and work great and I certainly recommend them.

Nice chopsticks
Got these for the occasional noodles / Chinese meal. They're chopsticks so you can't really mess that up - but these look very nice and the square stick makes it much easier to get a solid grip on it, so they don't slide around much in your hand. Definite plus for me. I clean them after every use, don't try to put through the dishwasher as I'm sure they'd slide though the utensil holder, but still, every easy to clean. Also long enough to use in cooking, if you're going to use them for that.

great for beginners, strong with good firm grip.
There is no space between the tips plus it has a grip so the food won't slip. Many chopsticks have a space between the tip that makes it extra difficult to grip the food if did not grow up using them but these are easy to handle. I have my set for almost 3 years now and I only have 1 set that's broken but that was because of me being clumsy. Otherwise, they are pretty sturdy. I have been using my current set for over a year since I broke the last one.You can use them to cook if you don't leave them near the flames or use them directly against the hot pot/skillet or else it will melt but that goes without saying. I use them to stir my ramen with cooking, simple things like that but to do serious cooking I recommend metal or wooden.Anyways these are great. I'm ordering a 2nd set to have for guests and stuff.

Great to Use
These are everyday chopsticks that are great to hold (love that they are not round all the way), wash easily and quickly, and look great. I practically use them every day and have zero complaints for everyday use. Why not 5 stars? Only because if I had guests and wanted to bring out something a bit more elegant for the occasion, these would not be the chopsticks I would use, but neither would I use the elegant ones for everyday meals at home. If they would have the characteristics that would allow them to ride both sides of that imaginary line, I would have given them the 5th star.

Durable and functional
I ordered a set of these about 6 months ago during an Asian cooking kick and have gotten great use out of them. Durable, functional, and easy to clean. I happened to have a larger group of guests over today, needed a couple more pairs of chopsticks, and busted out some pretty, decorative wood/lacquer sets we had received as gifts. My chopstick-fu is OK though not world-class, but the difference between the pretty lacquered sets and these fiberglass ones was obvious. We were eating udon noodles (which are relatively hard to chopstick) and the pretty, smooth, lacquered ones were just *way* harder to manage than I was used to with these. That textured fiberglass point really does make a difference!

Very Nice
I struggled between giving it four or five stars. I really like the size of these. The larger size is good for big hands and makes it a little easier to pick up foods. They are very sleek looking, sturdy, easy to clean, and are priced excellently. The only thing I dislike is that they are a little heavy, but this is compared to smaller and lighter Japanese style chopsticks. Since these are larger and fiberglass that is to be expected and I cannot deduct a star.

Great weight
These chopsticks are great, have been using them for over 6 months. For sure worth the price. The have a slight texture that makes them not slippery, but it isn't hard to clean at all. We don't have a dishwasher, so I don't know how they would handle those. There is no chipping or visible wear anywhere on them and we use them at least once a week. Great utensil.
