This exfoliating mitt is hands down one of the best self care purchases I have ever made, and I do not say that lightly. If you have ever felt like your skin still is not actually smooth no matter how many scrubs or body washes you try, this is what you are missing, but only if you use it correctly. The most important step is showering in hot water for at least 15 minutes before exfoliating. This is not optional. The hot water softens the skin and loosens layers of dead skin buildup. If you rush this step or use warm or lukewarm water, you will not get the same results. I let the bathroom get steamy, relax, and allow my skin to fully soften before even touching the mitt. Once your skin is ready, do not use soap or body wash while exfoliating. The mitt works best on clean, wet skin with no products interfering. Use firm, consistent strokes and let the mitt do the work. You will immediately see dead skin rolling off, which is both shocking and incredibly satisfying. It exfoliates deeply without feeling painful or overly abrasive. After you finish exfoliating, then use your body wash to cleanse everything away. When you step out of the shower, your skin feels unbelievably smooth and refreshed. Lotion absorbs better, shaving is easier, and the smoothness lasts far longer than with any scrub I have ever used. I have also noticed fewer ingrown hairs and an overall healthier looking glow to my skin. The mitt itself feels sturdy, high quality, and reusable. Gentle, but effective when using regularly as loofah. Has helped with keratosis pilaris & general dry skin. Soap does not lather as well as I’d like, so I have to reapply.

This is my favorite brand of exfoliation glove!! It works so well an gets all the dead skin off. It dries nicely and fits on my hand very well. I like that it shapes to your hand a little bit when wet. The color is beautiful and the texture is perfect. I cannot say good enough things about this one. It is the only brand ive used that works every time. Dont think, just buy on this one!

I was excited to try this because of the dramatic "skin peel" photos. While my experience wasn’t quite as extreme, these mitts still deliver a solid exfoliation and leave my skin feeling noticeably smoother and more refreshed. I didn’t see visible flakes coming off during use like some of the review photos showed, but I could feel the difference in my skin’s texture after each use. It works well for maintaining soft skin just don't expect an intense scrub unless your skin is already very dry or pre-soaked. You get two mitts in one pack, and each one holds up for several weeks—possibly up to three months with proper care. Sizing is great as it does my hand well. Overall, a great addition to my shower routine. It may not perform miracles, but it’s a worthwhile product that does what it promises with consistent use.

For years I have battled inefficient methods of removing dead skin cells, leaving dead skin cell "powder" inside my clothes. I live in a very dry climate so staying moisturized is problematic. I just happened to see this product, read the reviews, and decided to try it out. Boy, am I happy I did. I've used these mitts twice now and there is absolutely zero dead skin cell powder in my clothes. Out of the package, the mitts looked very large, but as soon as they were wet (my hands were not yet inside the mitts), they decreased in size significantly - it was still easy to slip my hands into them and the elastic around the top was comfortably snug, making rubbing them over my skin easy without falling off as I have experienced with other bath mitts. I do not have sensitive skin and used moderate pressure at the end of my shower to rub all over my body - comfortable to use. My only con is that the product information booklet that came with these mitts mentions 3 levels of available texture mitts (Gentle, Medium, and Deep; see first photo). However the product package (see second photo) doesn't mention which level of texture I purchased, nor does the Amazon product page. This is perplexing. Nonetheless, I heartily recommend buying this product, even though I'm baffled by which level of texture I have.
