I started taking this less than a week ago. I have noticed huge strides in my appetite. I already have been on a Keto diet but noticed when others having Popcorn and other things it has become harder. So I started to give in a little and could not get my eating as under control as I wanted. I did not notice any issues with bathroom. It has become so much easier to feel full and not keep eating. I also started Green tea pills at the same time. The energy level I have has been great. I exercise everyday and eat healthy. I have lost 3 pounds already without changing anything else just doing what I have been.

I had been thinking of trying Caralluma for some time, but as with most natural supplements I was skeptical. I started taking it a couple weeks ago, and I think the hunger suppression is subtle. You need to keep hydrated and try not to eat sugar until later in the day for it to really work. What I was surprised about, was improved energy in the afternoons (I take it about noon) and I wasn't "hangry" on the afternoon any more. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't completely knock out my hunger like I had hoped, and it works a little different than I had thought it would.

Failed to produce any noticeable impact to weight loss.

I have taken this supplement for 3 weeks. I have felt energized and have lost about 8 lbs. I hope to lose more. I was putting on weight since I sustained an injury to my left knee and right ankle about 2 years ago. I slowly put on a considerable amount of weight. My A1c had shown elevations as result of my weight gain. I don’t feel healthy right now. I have about 40 lbs that I would love to rid myself of. I hope by the end of this year to lose another 20 lbs at least.

I did a lot of research before ordering these and finally decided to purchase them but that was a mistake. They do not work at all! It is a waste of money so do yourself a favor and save yours. I could not tell any difference at all. I workout twice a day and eat healthy food but was needing something for appetite control and these are not it.

I purchased this product for multiple reasons, but the main reason was for appetite control. It seems to be working as I've not been as hungry. I've lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks simply by eating less...

Not sure if it is the manufactures product or the ingredients, but it was not effective in curbing my appetite. Even shortly after taking it, it didn’t seem to make a hide difference. I am not overweight, but want to stay that way by needed something to reduce my appetite.
