Large enough for my bulkiest sweaters and keeps my sweaters in wonderful shape
I used to wash my sweaters on the delicate cycle but they still became stretched out and out of shape. I have some wash bags I use for more delicate items, including my face masks, but these bags are too small for sweaters. When I tried to fit my sweaters in these smaller bags, I wasn't sure that the sweaters were fully washed and I was concerned that simply squeezing the sweaters into the bags would ruin their shape. So after a bit of searching, I was really happy to find this large mesh wash bag. It fits my bulkiest sweaters perfectly (one sweater at a time, of course). After washing, I leave the sweaters in the wash bag and dry them in the dryer. When I remove the sweaters, there's no pilling or pulling. I know it's ideal to dry sweaters shaped and flat on a sweater drying net but I've found that drying them in the mesh bag in the dryer makes them softer and fluffier. So far, the wash bag seems to be well-made and durable. I expect to wash my sweaters and other large, knit items (including multiple pairs of my husband's socks) in it for a long time to come.

Just what I need for fragile laundry
I've used these bags for years to wash bras, underpants, socks, ALL my sweaters, workout clothes, etc. They hold up very well and keep my clothes from getting beaten up in the washing machine. If you are washing your sweaters just remember to put them in the bags and wash on the cold, delicate cycle. Then dry them flat on a drying rack. I really recommend doing this, especially with cashmere. NEVER send your cashmere sweaters to the dry cleaners or your wool and alpaca sweaters. They come out soft and fluffy when you use my method.

Large Enough to Safely Wash Latex Backed Throw Rugs in My Front Loading Washer
After washing some throw rugs, I incurred an expensive repair to fix my my front loading washing machine. Little pieces of latex backing that shed off of one of the rugs stopped up the washer's filter. The repairman told me he has at least one or two calls a month to fix this specific problem. He recommended not washing rugs in the washer. That really isn't an option for me -- I cannot live with dirty rugs! I hunted all over for a large fine mesh bag. I needed the fine mesh to prevent any shed latex from escaping into the washer. I finally found this large bag from Amazon. It works perfectly for my purpose. I would have given it 5 stars, but the upper stop of the zipper on one bag pulled apart after a couple of uses. This could have resulted in a broken zipper if I hadn't noticed and pulled the zipper head up beyond the top of the zipper teeth. To resolve the problemI have put a safety pin about 1/2 inch from the top of the zipper track to prevent the zipper from derailing. It was a simple fix (I am lazy about hand mending something a safety pin can adequately fix). If "Honey-Can-Do would have put a heavier duty zipper stop in the bag, I would rate it with 5 stars.

Good material, stitching will come apart and require repair if you don't reinforce it
I've purchased 7 of these over a dozen years and they work pretty well -- the material is less of a mesh and more of a breathable fabric and this may be better for keeping things from rubbing and snagging. The problem is that the stitching is poor and the seams always come apart. I still have most of them, but I'm more likely to repair something than throw it away.If you have a sewing machine, I recommend turning them inside out and reinforcing the stitches before first use, it's way easier than repairing them and having to align bits of fabric. That is what I will do if I have to buy more of these. If you don't have a sewing machine, I recommend buying another brand.

Perfect!!
I have a ton of sweaters for the winter months. Some sweaters are very delicate and/or have a lot of fuzz. Before this item arrived at my house: I would just throw a few sweaters in the washer on cold water/delicate cycle at a time. Sometimes a few of the sweaters would come out of the washer filled with fuzz coming off and/or thread coming loose. I've even had to throw away some sweaters. After this item arrived at my house: I put one sweater in the bag and straighten it out. Bag perfectly fits sweaters. Only place one sweater in a bag at a time. I then zip it up carefully and throw it in the washer on cold water/delicate cycle. I have used this bag several times and I have never again seen a sweater with a ton of fuzz coming off of it, or lose threads. So, my conclusion?? AWESOME item! I use it for all of my delicate sweaters! You will not be sorry about this product! :-)

Happier than expected... now I throw my sweaters in with my jeans! Who knew?
I never really knew about these things... they are fabulous. I bought this one and a smaller one for my bras. This one is big enough for two regular size sweaters or one big sweater-coat. I LOVE it. I wish I got one sooner. Now I can throw the bag in with a rougher load, like jeans... and the sweater(s) are not damaged at all. I can save money, water, and time. The only thing is that it likes to catch lint inside the corners...but I just turn it inside out and shake/pluck out the lint before the next load. Fantastic. I have used it for several weeks now; It seems durable... the zipper seems quality... and material seems strong. I am happy.

Love this little helper!
I bought 4 of these bags and use them in almost every load of laundry that I do. They are great for keeping socks corralled in one place so that I don't have to go searching for them through the other laundry. They are also great for machine washing swimsuits. The suits don't get picked and I don't have to hand wash them. I also use them for my thinner t-shirts and spaghetti strap tank tops. The bags keep the t-shirts from getting picked, and the straps on the tank tops don't get tangled around other laundry or the center agitator and stretch out. I will definitely buy more when these wear out but they don't show any signs of doing that any time soon. Very durable material.
