I have been using the "plain" version of this product for many years. I guess it's effective. (hope i'm not stinky) The addition of lavender... Not sure how much of an impact it makes. But as the plain version is not as available anymore, I am satisfied with this. Lavender has many good properties for our health, so it certainly is not a detriment to the product. I fully trust the body mint line.

Since 2020 an odor appeared. It is now 2024. I smelled like urine from a large city. The smell was coming out of my ears and nose. I tried a lot of products, a lot of everything showers, to the point where I was wasting my hard earned clerk $ on products. After another fake cough from someone who smiles in my face, but fake, I decided to research again and bought this. It works. I was getting to the point where I no longer wanted to go outside, blasted my music to avoid the fake coughs that ppl do when they think someone stinks, and I also was falling into depression. This works for me. I don’t smell at all, which is all I ever wanted. Smelling good is so important for me because in my culture, stinking is not okay.

These have almost the same if not the same or better ingredients than the it just works body deodorizing pills. My first day I started with one and it did make me have a clean out if you know what I mean, I kept taking one a day and my stomach got used to them. Within a week I had noticed less body odor at work when I’m dancing and my sweat almost smelled faintly sweeter, this definitely works with consistency! (You can move up to two a day when you get used to them but one worked fine for me) When I stopped taking them after about two days it doesn’t work anymore and the deodorizing effect wears off as your body fully metabolizes the product out of your system so you have to keep up with taking these to have results, I don’t know why I stopped taking them I just forget but I will definitely be repurchasing!!! I drink lemon water everyday that with these pills, I felt fresh and healthy, and smelled good with no worries of body odor!

I got this product because a new prescription medication started changing my body chemistry, and I didn't like the new "smells" as a result of it. So as far as the "smells" go, I've only noticed a very small difference - a difference that I'm not sure is worth the current price (also, it's possible this didn't work as well for me exactly BECAUSE my change in body chemistry is due to prescription medication, as opposed to natural biological causes). HOWEVER, I did notice an unexpected bonus benefit from using this product.... It made me crave water. I know the directions say that, in order for it to work, you need to consume plenty of water, but this is something that's always been very difficult for me, no matter how much I try to force myself. But this made it really easy - like I said, I actually CRAVED water! And it decreased my sweet and sugar cravings. I also have fibromyalgia and chronic pain, and for some odd reason, I had less pain, better sleep, and my legs were less fatigued while taking this. I suppose this could also be as a result of taking in more water, but I've tried to to drink more water since stopping this product, and I just can't do it. So I am re-ordering again simply for the benefit of the cravings for water.

So I had already written a really nice review on Body Mint Lady. However, after a few weeks of use I noticed I had some severe chest pain. I thought I was having a heart attack! Then the worst part came I couldn't breathe well for three days. One night It was so bad I had a panic attack and had to go to the emergency room. After a night in the emergency room they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. My white blood count was elevated and they thought I could of had a blood clot! It was terrifying to say the least. They did all the test x ray, CT scan and couldn't find anything. So they just wrote it off as a lung infection. Well after a week I felt fine and in this time I wasn't taking body mint. So the day before yesterday I decided to start back on it and that is when I noticed the chest pain trying to come back. So I googled body mint and chest pain and found out that chest pain and breathing problems is a side effect!! I saw the lesser side effects that they provide but no where did they state chest pain and breathing difficulties. So buyer beware especially if you have food allergies. Just recognize that if you begin to have chest paint and breathing troubles discontinue immediately!!!

I took these only at night because even the one dose had my intestines in severe cramps all day. In the hopes of getting used to them, I took them nightly until the bottle was gone; the cramps eventually subsided towards the end but were still noticeable. I was not able to take them twice per day as recommended due to the cramping, and perhaps that's why I never noticed anything "floral" as other reviewers mentioned; however, I believe it did reduce odors, at the very least. And I did like that these pills helped with daily bowel movements.I opted to try the regular Body Mints and have found that I don't have the same cramps, my colon still benefits from regularity, and they are better priced.

I have been taking these for years ever since they started selling them. Since taking Body Mint I do not ever have to worry about any odor no matter how hot the weather or how strenuous my activity. They really, really do work. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner.

I don't notice any difference when I take this product. I would not buy it again!
