Basically its just a night light as its not really big enough to attract the flies and i don't think i saw more that 1 or 2 flies attracted to it all summer

You have to throw Files at it.The 'UV' light from it is not that potent, any other light in the room is more attractive than the light from this.So I can only assume if you leave this on over night you might have more success.Other comments about "you get what you pay for" UV LEDs are not expensive.To be fair, the UV lamps in Cafes(look at the cheep ones in Costa Coffee shops) are fairly useless as well.I really don't want to use Fly Paper, but I know that works :/

We have small drain flies in our kitchen, flying around the sink. This device was plugged in no more than 8 inches away from the sink, on constantly for 4 days. We did not catch one single fly. They don't even notice it.Disappointed. Also - it's a US device, so comes with a UK adapter - possibly the only useful thing about it!Feels like there should be a threshold on bad reviews, at some point Amazon should pull items that are not fit for purpose. It makes everyone look bad...

Buy this product Pack of 10 - Sticky Insect Catchers - Poison Free - No Harmful Insecticides. DigiTeck your product is so bad its unbelievable, amazon needs to review your product. My electrician said the item isn’t safe. Apart from that the item doesn’t even work. Had it on for 5 days and it didn’t catch 1 Insect. Used the Sticky Insect Catchers within a one hr it had 7 Insect on it. I really don’t recommend buying this item.

Been in use since delivery and still got flies but probably fewer. Difficult to carry oiut a census!

Does what the label says

I bought two of these and have been using for a little over a week now. I have one in my utility room where i feed my cats and one in my kitchen. Both are plugged in at mid height (e.g. not near the floor), and i still have as many flies this week as i did before i started using. Complete waste of money as fly killer !
