I saw an infomercial last summer (2010) with Bob Barefoot and Kevin Trudeau promoting Coral Calcium, and was kind of skeptical because I knew that all of Kevin's books had poor reviews. But something about Bob convinced me to check out what they were saying about the health benefits of Coral Calcium further. Bob said all we really need to be healthy is Water, Sunlight (Vitamin D), and Calcium - and that's it. And he talked about how most diseases could be traced back to an inefficiency of Calcium.Well, I'm mid twenties and I recently got kicked out of the nest. So at this point I'm just doing contract work (no benefits with my job), so I don't have health insurance. The only thing in the last 4 months that I've changed in my diet is taking Coral Calcium. I'm still eating exactly the same, which definitely isn't the healthiest I could be!However, since taking one pill in the morning and one in the evening, I have not been sick one day yet. After three weeks of use, my muscle cramps disappears. I am a very active and athletic 45 year old cyclist and runner, and have always had mild muscle cramps no matter what I changed my diet to.
