Back rest poor quality.
The rest pad came off the fist time I used it. The screws were too small and the wood to thin.

Does what it says, but the included hardware should be replaced.
The four bolts to attach the side plates to the bike are fine. No problem with that. The four smaller bolts to attache the side places, sissy bar, and luggage deck are utter garbage. A quick trip to the hardware store to get better bolts that actually fit the holes that are drilled... a total must-do. But otherwise, it's a fine piece of hardware, fits right, angles are right, and feels sturdy enough once installed. Again, go replace those smaller bolts first thing. But considering it's less than half the price of pretty much ANY of the "big name" comparable kits, I've got no complaints.

Not as described
I measured multiple times, compared my results to the website measurements etc., it was off by an inch! I had to drill a completely new hole and then install it. However, it appears it was not specifically made for my year Suzuki, 2018 Boulevard M50, it pinched my fender and if I ever want to take it off or it breaks down and I have to remove it, I'll have to touch up my paint for sure. Overall, once installed, it does it's job, a little low, if it were higher the passenger would definitely be more comfortable. I'm still glad I purchased it.

Las medidas para colocarlo son las correctas. En el armado del mismo, si existen diferencias, separaciones entre ensambles que no molestan, pero, no deberían de existir. La esponja es muy rígida. Por el precio, la verdad vale la pena el producto. Si lo recomiendo.
