Ocean Nutrition Formula Two Pellets for Herbivorous and Omnivorous Marine Tropicals 200g

I bought these to target feed my various shrimp and bottom feeding fish like my orange spotted goby and they love them. My blood red fire shrimp sees me coming and goes to his "feeding corner" of the tank, the goby does the same. Even my blue leg crabs love the pellets. My other fish will go after them but my shrimp chases them off.They sink pretty quickly, which is nice, I don't have to turn off my return pump just to target feed. Some of the other "sinking pellets" I've tried in the past, didn't sink as quickly as I would like and would get sucked into my overflow.The price here is much cheaper than my local shop and with Prime delivery, it's here in a few days. A 7 oz. container lasts me a long time so I don't have to reorder that often. I've noticed that if I feed with these too much, the skimmate in my skimmer turns a light green but I'm OK with that since my fish/shrimp love them so much.

When combined with Formula one small pellets(about the size of a period on your keyboard) you can feed competitive 6 to 8 inch specimens with smaller silver dollar sized yellow tangs more easily. This strategy saved my Yellow Tangs from starving. This product is about the size of a BB if that helps. They sink beautifully and are readily accepted.

Product description is misleading. These are not medium size pellets . They are huge / large in my opinion. My 5 inch long tang can’t fit it in its mouth. Amazon won’t allow return. Won’t ever buy from this seller again

My fish loved

Arrived in a timely manner and seemed sealed and fresh however fish won’t eat it. Medium sized clowns, tangs, foxface, angel and various omnivores. Fish swim up to it but won’t eat them. Emerald crabs love them though sitting in the bottom so I guess that’s something.

My blue tang loves this stuff, great price free shipping with prime. Product is fresh with excellent expiration date.

Big container for the amount the actually give you. Makes me think Lays company is in on it. When you open the bag within and pour the pellets into the container, its half full. Or half empty. However you want to look at it.

Highly recommend ocean nutrition when it comes to pellets and flakes for your marine fish. Very high quality food and the fish certainly love it!
