Igloo Polar Hard Coolers

I had been looking for a nice cooler to put on the back porch for gatherings. This certainly met the need. It’s big enough to hold a lot of drinks. I like that there is a separation for different beverages. The basket is great for keeping things cold but out of the ice. I really didn’t need something that would hold ice for days and days. Just make sure you know the top is not insulated. It’s just a simple hinged lid and it isn’t air tight. Not a big deal for what I wanted but it’s not a “long haul” cooler. The detachable wheeled stand is very sturdy and makes moving the cooler easy. Looks great on our back porch.

An extrememly well made extra large ice chest that keeps foods and drinks chilled longer than my other coolers.

Not as nice as the older version but for the price it made it less painful. The older version had much better latches. The new style are a b**** to latch and make them stay latched. Other than that it's still an igloo and I've been using them for over 30 years. 124 qt that parts are still readily available although they fit, they're the new style.

We just purchased this (GREAT price for such a large cooler) for a 5 day camping trip. Put frozen gallon jugs at the bottom, plus other frozen food, then refrigerated items at top followed by a couple bags of ice to fill. the ice filled jugs were still frozen on the last day - though much of the other ice had melted, there was still a considerable amount left. Everything stayed cold. Love the drain for the end of the trip, too. Very impressed with the performance. Only a few downsides...when it's filled, you definitely need two people to move it. And, I think at some point the latches will break off because they're not very thick plastic. But on that note, they're screwed on so it looks like we can get replacement pieces. I would definitely buy this again for the price. May not last quite as long as the big name brand, but perfect for what we needed.
