AllerEase 100% Breathable Cotton Pillow Protector for Sleeping, Queen 30" x 20" - 4 Pack,White

We have down-feather pillows. The feathers were coming out of the pillows through the pillowcases and getting all over our sheets and PJs. I bought these covers in the hopes of alleviating this 1st world problem. I'm happy to tell you, they do the job well! No more feathers to contend with. The material is of excellent quality; they wash well and don't shrink on a permanent press cycle in the dryer. Recommend!

Too many pillow protectors are Regular/Queen. My contoured pillow is standard size. I use 2 pillow protectors on it, so that I feel safe bringing my pillow to hotels, and this avoids having excess fabric. It’s a tight fit, but the protector is sturdy. I wash my bedding hit, regardless of care labels.

The fabric is so soft, easy to put on, wash well. I am pleased with the nice zipper and would buy again.

Product feels fine and not “crinkly” like some pillow protectors. Washed all 3 sets immediately and they were fine. Only thing to note is these are STANDARD size not queen size. I read somewhere they were the same but they are not! My queen pillows still fit in it, but aren’t as “fluffy” as I’d like anymore. Probably won’t be using them, but that’s my own fault not checking the actual measurements. Photo for size comparison. Top photo is without protector, bottom cover has protector on. Zipped up no problem and fit but will be ordering queen size pillow protectors.

Fit recently purchased foam pillows just right. Appear to be well made. Would buy again.

They are exactly as shown, which at times is not the case.They fit perfectly and they are very soft.Love 100% cotton!

Some reviews mention a 'plastic-y' feel. The fabric is a very good quality, heavier weight, tightly woven 100% cotton and it feels just like it should. It will soften after a few washings but not a lot. It's meant to have body and be sturdy because it's a barrier for teeny-tiny particles of allergens. And EXACTLY what I wanted. I wouldn't dream of sleeping on a pillow without one. Keeps your pillow clean and fresh, too. I wanted 100% cotton because I sleep better on cotton. Microfiber is way too warm for me with my fibromyalgia hot flashes and night sweats. These were a good price, too.

I'll admit that I worried about buying the "off brand" instead of the more expensive pillow cases with slightly better reviews. But here I am back buying 2 more for the other pillows in the house because they're terrific. These were the things I'd worried about:1) Do they work? Yes.I have allergy issues and had been waking up with swollen puffy eyes for a year before I realized my IKEA down pillows were the culprit. Since purchasing these, I've had happy, healthy eyes every morning.2) Are they noisy/crunchy?If you can handle the sound of sleeping on down, I don't think these will add any new/disturbing crunching. I worried about that terrible sound that hotel pillows make that sounds like sleeping on tissue paper and trust me, that's not the case. If it were, I'd going out of my mind. I don't hear any new sounds at all. The material is thick, but soft, not crunchy. The tag is a little crunchy--- it it bugs you, cut it off.3) Do they fit my pillows?No problems for me. I've got a couple of standard IKEA side sleeper pillows and they fit just like they should and stay in place.4) Will the zippers break and/or poke me in the face?I break zippers. It's sort of my thing. After a month I haven't had any problems with the zippers at all. If the covers fit your pillows (see #3) and you put your pillows in their cases with the zipper side down, you probably wont know there is a zipper.

I bought other covers before and they felt thick, hot and made a lot of noise when you move. These ones work great almost as if you dont have them on.
