Un classico rub spg (sale pepe aglio) ma molto più complesso nel senso più positivo del termine dei suoi colleghi... ormai non cucino più bistecche senza il Texas steak ma lo uso anche per condire fli hamburger! Molto più adatto per le cotture indirette o reverse rispetto alle dirette
