Very nice banner. It was very colorful, exactly what I was looking for. I did encounter one problem though, three of the letters didn’t inflate completely, I just kept blowing air into them and they would not get fuller. Luckily I had a longer straw that came with a 34” number 4 balloon and I used that one to try and inflate them again. I pushed the straw in further (the one that came with the banner is pretty short) and it worked. It inflated them completely. I was so relieved because for a minute there I was thinking wouldn’t be able to use it because of the three letters. But it all worked out and it looked great. Each letter is about 13” tall. I would recommend it.

Excellent value! These looked great. I saw some bad reviews which made me a little hesitant but all my letters inflated easily and perfectly. There are no instructions and we didn’t initially understand where to stick the straw to inflate. I think many people who had trouble with the product simply didn’t find the proper pocket to insert the straw. So, finding the little round spot labeled “valve” is only half the solution to proper inflation. If you run your fingers along the valve hole you’ll notice there’s a tiny little “pocket” , it’s here you must insert the straw gently and it will slide down along a channel inside ballon. The problem is this little “pocket” is transparent and very difficult to see. Other brands have the pocket be red and it becomes quite easy to locate it. My best advice is to watch a YouTube video on how to insert and inflate these balloons, it’s what we did. You’ll discover that the pocket is always halfway or lower down the valve circle. Good luck. It was a great deal and we loved it. I understand it is also possible to deflate them via the straw and save for later use. We shall see if they survive storage.

If you’re like me and have never blown one of these up give yourself some time. Each letter blows up separately. Follow directions. Don’t over-inflate bc it will pop. Blow up to fill plumply and seal carefully. May have to go back and redo a few letters. Have tape handy in case there is a blowout. Also have small scissors or something pokey in case the letter holes to hold the string aren’t fully punched out. You’re given a straw and a long string. After blowing up each letter you need to slide it on the string. Blow up in order makes life easier. I put this up inside a hotel room for a friend’s birthday and it held all week. It made her smile walking in the room each time and seeing her message. I think it could be resided if taken down carefully and unsealed. Will likely need tape for second time around and keep the straw or something similar to use later. These are filled with air from your lungs not helium! They don’t float on their own.

This product was terrible. It seemed as they had been used, the valves were all messed up, and when we inflated them they wouldn’t stay filled. They looked like they had already been deflated and just shoved back in the bag. Do better next time.

These look great. It would be helpful to have the measurement of them inflated because they certainly aren't 16in inflated. Inflated them all today for my son's birthday and 1 letter has a tear in it and doesn't seal. Otherwise there's are really cool.

Balloons look exactly as pictured. Easy too assemble, nice size. Balloons lasted over a week, balloons were thick, shiny, and cute.

This banner was absolutely perfect and you can't beat that price! Super easy to blow up (you do have to use a straw which is not included) and they've stayed inflated for days now! We had my sons party last Sunday and it's now Wednesday and they haven't lost any air at all. The only thing is the string given to hand them is a little thin and flimsy but I didn't really mind bc it's almost invisible because of how thin it is. Would definitely buy again for more birthdays!
