Gentle enough for the whole family AND those with sensitive and dandruff prone scalps. This shampoo is not cheap but the quality is worth the price, and it’s made in France so you can feel better knowing it’s not made with a bunch of harmful chemicals! After using it for the first time, I noticed it helped get rid of dandruff and my hair was soft and smooth. I love that the bottle is recycled, recyclable and biodegradable! It’s also a vegan product made with natural origin ingredients. If you have a sensitive scalp and are prone to dandruff, I recommended giving this shampoo a try!

I have been enjoying this shampoo as an alternative to shampoos with harsher ingredients. This cleans my hair well, smells nice (a bit natural, earthy), and lathers well.

They reformulated their product. It has sulfates now and I was wondering why my hair was getting worse. Throwing this away unfortunately. I truly don’t know why they reformulated it, the old formula was so much better.

Seems to work well for my thin, greasy hair.

I have to update my review. Klorane reformulated this treasure of a shampoo into an incredibly inferior product. It no longer cleans my hair, makes my eyes itchy, and leaves my hair feeling like it is both filthy and overly dry all at once. I'm so bummed. I purchased many, many bottles of their shampoo but now have to look elsewhere for my needs. Old formula review: I have an intensely sensitive and hyperreactive scalp. Most shampoos cause acne, welts, and tenderheadedness almost immediately for me after washing. I found this brand in a pharmacy in Florence and it soothed my scalp issues immediately. This oat milk shampoo is extremely gentle -- my scalp feels calm, there is no irritation, and my hair feels very clean but not stripped. When paired with the right conditioner (I use one from a different apothecary brand) my hair feels like absolute silk. I even noticed that I had significantly less hair fall after using this than other shampoos! This shampoo is a staple in my routine.

Bought for my preteen niece for Christmas, of a nice gentle hair care produc. She has sensitive skin but I’ve heard of no complaints.
