45W Red Led Light Therapy Deep Red 660nm and Near Infrared 850nm Led Light Therapy Panel, Free Eyewear & Free Holder Included

I was very interested in this product for potential health benefits. Upon purchase, I was surprised to measure a 31 watt output (I am a scientist with calibrated instruments) rather than the 45 watts advertised. This is important since the benefits are dependent upon the intensity. Maybe a fluke defective product. So I ordered a replacement. I got the same results - 30 watt output. Thus, I believe that the misrepresentation of 45 watts is intentional. Be forewarned.....

I bought this red light therapy panel to use for arthritis in my hands, with the intent of using it daily. However, the unit does not have an on/off switch which requires one to plug and unplug the panel every time one wants to use it. The plug receptacle on the panel, after just a few days of use, is already wobbly and appears almost certain to fail soon. This is a MAJOR flaw in the design of this panel. Had I known in advance that such a basic feature was missing I would never have purchased this unit. Further, it came with a flimsy foldable stand that will not hold the unit (nor anything else for that matter). There is no integrated stand or hanging hardware on the panel. Save your money and purchase a red light panel that has been properly constructed. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase.

There are several studies that have shown that red light phototherapy can improve skin health and relieve pain. So I decided to buy this to have a try. It is easy to use and I really like the holder with it. I can't believe its amazing results for me. I have only used it everyday for 2 weeks and I find it perfect for tightening the skin and no more puffiness around my eyes too. I love this product!!! I My brother used this red light on knee pain. He's getting better!!!

We love using our red light therapy, so easy and seeing results example sore muscles and bruising go away quickly. Also my husband and I have noticed skin feels smoother and not as dry, we live in AZ,😃 it is relaxing we are ready to order another one!

Good red light but i have to keep reconnecting the lamp to the cable. Doesn’t turn off properly. Kind of dimmed light even though is “off”. I have unplug it to turn it off properly. I write to the company about this issues and never hear anything from them. They just ignore me.

There is no on/off switch but functions as discribed.
