I have an issue with hip abductors not firing that requires physio. Resistance bands are key to fixing the problem, but the plastic ones are uncomfortable to use, leading me to try a fabric band.The fabric is strong, thick and gives more than enough resistance to work my hip abductors into submission within only a few exercises - just what I need! I did consider getting the ultra stiff 'Thor' model but glad I didn't as this one is hard enough.I use it with squats, clamshells and sideways walking. Absolutely brilliant.

Love this band for training, I have one already and this has been purchased for my friend who trains with me. Great workout for your thighs and hamstrings when using for squats and hip bridges
