Relatively mild flavour if drunk quickly
Not a very strong flavour. Very gently laxative, not an express train. Slightly tart if left to stew, but I liked that.

Taste not too good

A bit tart in flavour but certainly does the job it's meant to do.
I'm not really a lover of herbal teas, but this flavour "Easy Move Tea" (pineapple and tamarind) isn't too bad at all. It tastes quite fruity and is a nice drink to have at anytime of the day ... even in the evening as it is not likely to energise and keep you awake like a coffee or tea would .Each box contains 20 tea bags inside a sealed tin foil pouch, essential to keep the flavour and scent maximised. Twenty tea bags for price of £4.99 (price correct at the times of this review) works out at 0.25 pence per drink. On opening the foil pouch, I was instantly hit with an obviously citrus scent, I could also smell the pineapple. After putting the tea bag into a mug I poured on boiling water and left it to brew for about five minutes. This produced a fairly strong tasting herbal tea ... a bit to strong and tart for me so I have reduced brewing time to three minutes on subsequent teas.As this is a mild laxative tea it's worth noting that yes it does seem to be doing something ... I usually suffer with episodes of constipation but that definitely seems to have improved and to put it bluntly my poop is much softer and easier to pass.I'm not sure if I'd buy this tea again as I want too keen on the taste, however taste is subjective and as I said before I'm not a lover of herbal teas, much preferring teas, coffees and hot chocolate drinks.

I didn't like it!
It's really hard to review a tea as taste is so subjective but unfortunately this wasn't to my taste at all and I couldn't even finish the cup. Therefore, I'm unable to comment on the claims made on the packet.I do really like that the company empowers vulnerable women and that the packing is as environmentally friendly as possible. I will definitely try another tea from the range in the future.

Fruity tea
I thought this tea was named easy move as it helps your muscles and joints, in fact it is apparently a laxative so it’s your bowels it moves! It contains pineapple and tamarind which in sufficient doses can help bowel function but I feel the amount in these teabags is too small for that effect. That said it has a nice flavour and is a refreshing drink, almost nil calories so would help as a detox or if dieting.

A digestive aid with ethical credentials
This is sold as 'Pure Natural Easy Move Tea - (fruit laxative). Possibly part of a 30 day teatox cleanse boosting metabolism and / or for digestive issues easing constipation. It may be part of wanting some weight loss.It is a blend with a base of Ceylon Black Tea and then proportionally 50% Dried Tamarind granules and 50% Dried Pineapple granules. Tamarind is 'traditionally associated with helping to ease stomach discomfort, aiding digestion and promoting better bowel movement'.It says it follows the digestive process within Ayurveda which with a bit of research, in summary, 'emphasises eating whole foods which can improve your overall health and boost weight loss. It also encourages mindful eating that may promote a healthy relationship with food.' Someting a few of us would aspire to may be.Ethically the credentials for this company and product are within the information provided. This includes being a semi charitable business in the UK with production in Sri Lanka where 100% of the staff are female headed family's women with 4% profit share around the world. It says the organic pineapple is sourced locally within Sri Lanka. The teabags themselves are natural, unbleached and biodegradable. The preparation suggests putting the teabag in a glass ( I preferred a mug as I wasn't sure if my glass would take the heat) of hot water and leaving it for 30-45 seconds. Squeezing the sachet with fingers ( so guess the waters not expected to be that hot). Mix the essence and drink while hot. ( Storage should be in an air tight container).I followed these instructions. To start with the taste was subtle and I felt I got a hint of pineapple and found the taste became slightly stronger before I finished. I personally don't mind it being this subtle as I tend to drink a lot of water and a hint of something else sits ok with me but might not suit everyone. The change in colour showed me that it had 'infused'. Other reveiws have suggested the longer its in the water the more bitter the taste and that was ok with that reviewer - again personal taste. After a week of having one mug full first thing in the morning I seem to have had a better week with more 'regular movements' which in turn has given me a better improved feeling of well being. Weight is going down steadily. Can't say its a direct cause and effect as having this tea is part of some other changes in but it has helped feeling I have a more 'relaxed' stomach.I'm thinking of suggesting and buying some of these for my grandad who is always looking for 'natural' supports to solve the constipation problems medication, he has to have, causes. At, currently, £4.99 for 20 its not cheap if you think of it as a tea. But if compared with a supplement cost for the same effects its probuably not. If you find its something you want to take long term then its cheaper the more you buy. Along with its ethical credentials I certainly recommend at least trialling this for anyone who thinks this might help them.Hope this offers enough information to help you decide.

Good health benefits and amazing flavour. Really enjoyable tea.
I love trying new teas, especially ones that are beneficial to my health. This tamarind and pineapple tea is delicious, a real pleasure to drink. It is good for any time of day, but I like the refreshing flavour in the afternoon. The benefits of this tea are amazing, it really helps with digestive health. The weird thing about my diet is that I changed from a poor diet to a super healthy diet in March, plenty of fruit and veg and no junk food. Since then, I have suffered from constipation. This tea helps with that, not in an aggressive way but it kind of normalises by bowel. At £4.99 for 20 tea bags I will definitely get this again.
