This chair beat my expectations of a massage chair. It arrived well packaged and in great condition. One of the nice things is there was no assembly needed. We unpacked it, brought it into the home and plugged it in. We have used about every function of the chair and we use it daily. Family have come to enjoy it too and rave about it. It massages all the areas of my back, legs, feet and arms and after only 15 minutes, I feel rejuvenated. I was going to physical therapy for lower back and Sciatica nerve pain twice per week and taking pain meds every 6 hours. Since getting the chair, I have no need for the pain pills and have given up on the physical therapy exercises. Another nice feature is the heat and if you like, you can only use the air pressure points for your legs and arms. Can't say enough about this RelaxOnChair and highly recommend it. There is one thing I must admit, my wife who is five foot one inch tall the air shoulder bags do not actually compress her shoulders due to her size. Wish those were adjustable so she could experience the full pleasure of the massage chair.

I ordered this for my husband because he has had lifelong back issues. He has severe scoliosis that affects his sleep at night and I thought if this could just help relax his muscles before bed maybe he would sleep better. All I can say is that it has been night and day difference in his quality of sleep since getting this chair! He gets in it every single night and sometimes if he wakes in the middle of the night with pain he'll get in it again and it helps him get back to sleep. He has said many times how much he loves the chair. Sometimes he even falls asleep in it for a little while after a session. His favorite setting is the Relief setting. I love this chair too but I rotate between all of the settings, a new one each day so it will work different muscles each day.We've had this chair a few months now. When the it first arrived I thought the foot rollers were way too hard on my feet, even with two pairs of thick socks on. But now I love how deep the rollers rub. I still wear socks but it's perfect now.This chair is the best investment we have made! Especially when you consider what paying for massages cost, or chiropractic visits, lost work time, etc... We went on vacation recently and after a week we were both saying how we couldn't wait to get back to the chair! Since when do you want to leave vacation to get back to a chair? Crazy but that's how much it helps relax us. For me it's just a really nice thing to have. For my husband it's a quality of life improvement!

Absolutely love this chair in every aspect. If you have been searching for the best for the price then this chair is for you ! Only complaint/suggestion I would have is to be able to raise the pressure of the massing, my wife loves it and so do I just for me I like it to be rough and deep tissue. Quality is superb

Just got this today. Went with the older model that fits tall guys (I’m 6’4”) but requires a bit more space from the wall. Says 16.5 inches on Amazon; instruction manual says 19.5....but I had room. You should understand the manual says 19.5 in the rear and 11.5 inch clearance in the front. Had it delivered to front door. After wrestling it inside, I needed it. Wheels roll well on wood floors...but not on concrete and I doubt on carpet. I had to do it the hard way (since my door was 33 7/8ths inches and the box was 34”. So, unboxed outside and brought the chair in. It is easy to operate and, from my limited use thus far....absolutely worth every penny. If it breaks down next week....well, that might be another story. Right now, I am extremely satisfied. Maybe I’m just overjoyed that it hit all the spots aching from golf, yard work and chair wrestling. I’m no authority on theses chairs since I never even sat in one before I made this purchase; but seems like a really good buy.UPDATE- Just finished my 100th massage in this chair (yes, most days I have 2). I didn’t read the instructions because life is too short, so my use may not be optimal. Nevertheless, I still love the chair, despite the following: it doesn’t do much for my neck...perhaps due to my height. The heat function is fine, but if I have a massage over 15 minutes, my calves will begin to melt. The foot massage is slightly better than the neck massage, but where this chair excels is shoulders to butt. That is really all I want. I think this is a great chair for the money and, neck notwithstanding, I stand by my 5 stars.2nd UPDATE-I have had the chair 6 months. Still works great and is still wonderful. I no longer do 2 massages each day. 5-10 per week now. 20 minutes seems the perfect duration for me. For the money, I believe it would be very difficult to beat this chair.

The back massagers are fine but you will only get some useless air pressure agains your sholders and calves, I was shocked when the company's rep contacted me and confirmed that the chair does not massage the back of the calves or the hamstrings while it's advertised as a full body massage chair. That's ridiculous and I will start a return with amazon
