A great addition to my fat loss routine. Iv been taking CLA’s twice per day and find them helpful as an appetite suppressant aswell as give me more energy through the day. Tasteless, easy to swallow and a big winner on price.

Been taking these for a couple of weeks now and have noticed much more of a difference compared to other brands I have used before. It’s great that these are caffeine free as my body doesn’t cope too well with too much caffeine. They are easy to swallow and well packaged. I can’t say much more other than they do exactly what they say they do!!

As a natural omega 6 this seemed like a good product to take based on my goals. Saw this on Instagram for £7.99 introductory offer and I’m glad I purchased. Take this first thing with my oats and stack it with garcinia cambogia in the evening. Visible improvements.

My friend uses multiple products from this brand so I purchased a few items to be part of my supplement routine. They certainly do as stated, well packaged and ingredient wise, seem better value pound for pound than similar products.

Not sure if worked for me

Don't buy these, they upset my bowel and caused me urgency with passing weird mucus which was really unpleasant and this could happen to you too. I only had 1 a day for a few days. The rest have gone in the bin.

Have taken for over a month as a bundle, so far so good... Feeling more energetic and less lethargic which has spurred me on to eat cleaner and workout harder. My weight hasn’t changed much but I’ve lost inches and am certainly looking trimmer. Will continue as seems to be working really well for me.

Well I must have been very unlucky with these. I started taking these about 4 days ago and I've had terrible side effects. I've been dizzy to the point of nearly passing out. My head has been pumping. I've developed a terrible rash all over my body and have been sick. Naturally I've stopped taking them but I have to now seek medical advice because I'm feeling terrible. I bought the collegen and the cla so I don't know which one is to blame. So just to warn it seems to have worked for people on here but just be wary. My first side effect was dizziness and I stupidly carried on for another 3 day's and now I can hardly lift my head.
